People on the Water

A trendy seafood restaurant that combines Han Tong culinary expertise with Hilton service, serving more than 150 hot and cold dishes with live seafood supplied daily from Ningbo city. The private dining rooms are glass cubicles that float on a river inside the restaurant; the modern fish tanks are another impressive feature. Open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm -10:30 pm.

Sichuan Court

Located on the 39th floor, offers authentic spicy Sichuan cuisine. Fine dining restaurant with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Private room (maximum 14 persons). Open for lunch and dinner Monday - Friday: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm, daily 5:30 pm -10:30 pm.

Sui Yuan

Located on the 2nd floor. Authentic cuisine prepared by Hong Kong master chefs. Dim sum buffets on weekends, a la carte, seasonal specialties, barbecued items. Private rooms available. Open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm, 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

Atrium Café

Whether it be an early meeting for breakfast or a late night dinner, the Atrium Café’s 24/7 menu is perfect for today’s on-the-go lifestyle. Take a break in the skylight-lit restaurant and select your favorite dishes from the international a la carte menu or the daily luncheon or dinner buffets. Enjoy nightly chamber music with dinner, and on Sundays, champagne brunch is a must. Open 24 hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Teppan Grill

Located inside Da Vinci's. The fine art of Japanese cooking - Japanese Teppanyaki specialities offering meats, seafood and vegetables. Set menus available. Open for dinner from 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

Penthouse Bar on 39

After a hard day's work, a daiquiri or a margarita at the Penthouse Bar On 39, with its panoramic view of the Shanghai skyline, will put everything in the right perspective. There's nightly entertainment by an international band, plus Formula 1 racing on live TV on Sunday nights. Happy Hour is from 6:00 to 8:00 PM - two drinks for the price of one. Open from 6:00 pm - 2:00 am.

Lobby Pavillion

Shanghai’s favourite meeting place for cocktails, pastries and snacks.  Piano and nightly live jazz music.  Daily deluxe Continental buffet breakfast. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 am - 1:00 am.

Gourmet Corner

Home made specialities from Hilton’s pastry & butcher shop.  Tempting array of breads, cakes, chocolates, meats, sausages, cheese, cold cuts, take-out specialities and wines. Open from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
