General Terms and Conditions
The vouchers are only valid for the duration of the annual membership. Vouchers must be surrendered to receive benefits. Vouchers if lost are not replaceable. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers. Only one voucher per table, per time. Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to their hotel shall be final.
1. Standard Dining Benefits:
a. 25% discount when dining alone for lunch and dinner
b. 50% discount when dining with one guest (2 people)
c. 33% discount when dining with two guests (3 people)
d. 25% discount when dining with three guests (4 people)
e. 20% discount when dining with four guests (5 people)
... and so on…
Standard dining discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/ alcoholic beverages are valid at Magnolia Café and Sui Yuan Chinese Restaurant in the Doubletree by Hilton Huaqiao/ Kunshan and other participating hotels in China. Non-Transferable. Not valid for outside catering. Valid only one card per booking. Valid only one card per table.
2. Dining Vouchers:
a. Dining vouchers to the value 500RMB (1*200RMB dining voucher, 1*100RMB dining voucher and 4*50RMB dining vouchers) to be used in all participating outlets. Valid in conjunction with the standard dining discounts. Non-Transferable.
b.One (1) complimentary buffet voucher valid for 2 persons dining at Magnolia Café for lunch/dinner. Not valid in conjunction with other certificates/promotions. Transferable.
c.One (1) breakfast voucher for 2 persons valid on paid room night only. Non-Transferable.
d.One (1) voucher for fifty percent (50%) off on total food bill (excluding tobacco, taxes and gratuities) for a table of six (6) - twelve (12) persons. Not valid in conjunction with the standard dining discounts or any other certificates/promotions. Non-Transferable.
e. Higher tier - additional dining vouchers to the value 600RMB (25300RMB dining vouchers) valid for all participating outlets or rooms book. Valid in conjunction with the standard dining discounts. Non-Transferable.
3. Lounge/Bar Benefits:
Ten percent (10%) off total bill in the lobby lounge and L Bar. Non-Transferable.
4. Deli Shop Benefits:
Ten percent (10%) off on deli shop. Non-Transferable.
5. Birthday/Anniversary Benefits:
One (1) voucher for one (1) complimentary two pound (2-lb) birthday cake to be enjoyed when dining in hotel’s participating restaurants during the week of their Birthday or Wedding Anniversary. Subject to 24 hours reservation. Non-Transferable.
6. Member for a day certificate:
It entitles the holder to the standard dining benefits for a day. Transferable.
7. Health & Fitness Center Benefits:
a.Three (3) vouchers for free entrance for member and one (1) guest. Transferable.
b.Twelve percent (12%) off on normal foot massage items. Non-Transferable.
c. Higher tier - additional three (3) voucher for free entrance for member and one (1) guest to fitness center and pool. Transferable.
8. Guest Room Benefits:
a.10% off the best available published room rate (including promotional rates, except special Holiday Offers at hotel discretion) and room charges (hotel facility/service) - valid seven days a week, year round upon presentation of a valid Membership Card number for members and/or guest’s of members. Transferable. Subject to availability. Member/ membership need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rate.
b.One (1) voucher for one (1) complimentary night stay in hotel. Member use this voucher can get additional rooms or second night with special rate of 500RMB (subject to service charge). This Non-Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Redeem complimentary night voucher at Hilton Beijing, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing, Hilton Shanghai, Hilton Chongqing or Hilton Hefei where the guest pays a supplement of 280RMB.
c.Two (2) upgrade vouchers entitling member to a complimentary upgrade to Suite for one night each. Subject to availability and applicable to “paid” bookings only. Non-Transferable.
d.Six (6) Rooms Saving Certificates providing fifty percent (50%) off the Best Available Rate for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights for all room categories. Subject to availability and advance reservations. Transferable.
e.Three (3) special discount vouchers, each voucher can get 488RMB for seven days a week. Subject to availability and applicable to ‘paid’ bookings only. Transferable.
f.Three (3) special weekend package vouchers of 688RMB including breakfasts and 1 hour foot massage for 2 persons. Valid on Friday/Saturday/ Sunday only. Subject to availability and applicable to ‘paid’ bookings only. Transferable.
g.Higher tier - additional one (1) complimentary night voucher for stay in hotel for one night or member can convert two (2) complimentary night vouchers to one night stay in a Suite. This Non-Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
h.Higher tier - additional one (1) upgrade voucher entitling member to a complimentary upgrade to Suite. Subject to availability and applicable to ‘paid’ bookings only. Non-Transferable.
i. Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available.
j. Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available.
Not valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.
9. CLUBHOTEL Benefit:
Complimentary CLUBHOTEL membership card. Non-Transferable.
10. Referral Card Incentive:
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed at any restaurant upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues or associates to be solicited for potential membership, of which at least one friend or colleagues or associates become a member.
